China has been swiftly assembling its Chinese space station, basically a large 60+ tons space laboratory that will be orbiting the Earth at an altitude of 350-450 km. CSS-Shenzhou 12 mission - busy work schedule in space

The Shenzhou 12 crew has already spent half of the time of their 3-month space mission. They have conducted a series of experiments using the human research facility. The research rack is supporting investigations of basic cognitive ability, physical exercise, weight loss and vision. It can also store medical samples, archives and medical instruments. A medical fridge can keep different samples such as blood, urine and saliva refrigerated.

Chinese rocket for Tianzhou 3 cargo mission arrived at launch site

16 August 2021
On 16 August, the CZ-7 Y4 rocket, for the launch of the new cargo craft of China's space station, arrived at Wenchang Space Launch Site. The Tianzhou 3 cargo craft has already been transported to the Wenchang. Rocket and cargo craft will be assembled and tested at the launch site. The rocket for the next crew flight and the Shenzhou 13 crew space craft are also undergoing preparations as scheduled at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre. China Manned Space Engineering Office (CMSEO) said the facilities and equipment at both launch sites are in good condition and all systems that will be involved in the mission are undergoing orderly preparations.
